Divided City Graduate Summer Research Fellowship
The Center for the Humanities, in collaboration with the Sam Fox School, is pleased to offer a new round of Divided City Graduate Fellowships for summer 2026 for MA/PhD students in the Humanities, Humanistic Social Sciences, Art, Architecture, Urban Design and Landscape Architecture. As part of our interdisciplinary initiative on The Divided City, we will award multiple grants of up to $5,000 each in support of two months of full-time research by graduate students on urban segregation broadly conceived.
The fellowship program extends Divided City’s aim to foster public engagement by funding original writing and public-making activities that connect WashU graduate students with communities off campus.
All grant activities are to take place before September 1, 2026.
